This site used to be a place for me to express myself through journalling and photos. A place where I could announce to the world the ins and outs of my life with my daughter. The site name comes from joining the first initial of my name with the first initial of my daughter's name.

Lately, things have changed. My motivation to post to the site has been on a sharp decline in the past year. Maintaining things has become a chore. Bigger then all of that is that the site name, and the original intention of the site, no longer reflects my life as a married woman, sharing my life with my husband and our blended family.

So this welcome message is actually a good-bye message. I’m leaving the site up because there is a legacy of writing and photos that I don’t want to lose. But there will be no more posting to kande.
